Comments: I'm sure Mr. Stutler's Psalm-songs are better than mine, but learning Psalm verses through song, is a wonderful way to keep the Word of God in your heart.
I have a few songs I put together. They are on my website called:
sing-along-psalms
Maybe some of you can tell me what you think. God Bless ya'll!
Admin reply: Well, there are very few Psalm songs for which I can personally take credit! You are doing a valuable work! Thanks!

Comments: Russ, Wow, great website. Lots to see. I teach Sketchbook Workshops and bought Mitchner's book on Hokusai's Sketchbooks when I was on my way to Japan in 1968. I too refer to his work. Sketching School by Judy Martin is another great book on Sketching. I share your love of pen, sketchbooks, Hokusai, and Japan. I've traveled there many times in the past 43 years. I have many dear friends in Japan.
My 73rd Sketchbook is on my desk here as I continue to teach (mainly adults now) about the power and use of the sketchbook in their lives.
Thanks for your site and stories from your life. Ken
Admin reply: Hi Ken,
Wow, we do have a lot of common interests! Thanks for the message!

Comments: Whoa! Blasts of Pentracerian pasts.... I have taken up drawing again after quite a hiatus (to work, familial bondage, to play music...) and somehow, as if by an INEXORABLE FORCE - I happen upon ol' Russ from Pentrace! Or it might have just been chance, that happens too. But from our limited perspective, "chance" and "inexorable forces" would probably appear very, very, very similar.... eee-eee-eee..... so what's the big diffie, really? Beeyorp the dinger above, I'll beeyorp back (as if by an inexorable f-f-f... aw never mind!)
Admin reply: Hello Mister Stubhead. I'm honored by your presence here! And also by your re-entering the ranks of artists in the world. Thanks for the message!

Comments: Enchanting site. Nicely written and the sketches are very fresh and pleasing. My daugher went to a language school in Tokoyo for three years. She taught English lessons on the side. I sent her a link to your site so she can enjoy it too. God bless you for your work and carry you through the difficult times.

Comments: I really appreciate all your time and effort in building this site and developing good communication. Keep it up.
Comments: This is such a well-done site, Russ. I stumbled upon it while researching Yerkey and Childers. I descend from Abigail Childers m. John Yerkey through their daughter, Susanna. Thanks very much!
Admin reply: Thanks! Always good to hear from distant relatives!

Comments: Hi Russ, Nothing like TP and rice. Just wanted to connect the dots & let you know you are being prayed for. Your site has been a source of diversion and inspiration for over a year now (a brother in Jesus, ink and H2Ocolor, music and a good felt hat! I think we were separated at birth!) I jumped to your site as soon as I heard of the earthquake. Hang in there, and thanks for the faithful updates. -jimmy
Admin reply: Thanks Jimmy. Good to hear encouragement from a "twin"
Comments: Hi Russ, I was worried how are you, if everything is ok with you and your family as it is possible in this situation. I am reader of your blog and thankful to you for very interesting info for years. I am sending my love and support for Japan and hope things will be much better for amazing people of Japan.
Admin reply: Hi Irina,
Thanks for your message of concern. The tremors are starting to subside (only 6 significant ones in Tokyo today) but the nuclear power plant situation is still uncertain.
Yes, the Japanese people are amazing in their response to this disaster!

Comments: Hi Russ - I hope things are improving - although judging by the news about the blackouts, supermarket shelves and fuel maybe not?
Please get a Twitter account! There are a lot of people in Japan keeping in touch with what is happening via Twitter - there's even a UN approved list!
Admin reply: Thanks, things are getting slightly better I think. No time to stay at the computer, so no time for twitter.
